No, it isn't a pendant to that plagiarized forum with the same named blog at Wordpress.com, it's rather meant to stop that silly expansion of plagiats. It's a move to keep that name unique instead of getting misused and abused by others.Maybe it'll even get filled with info some day and by the time.
